Starting in 2019 LSDS (Liquid Syntax Design Studio) or LeSyntax started out as a small digital design agency, first launched in 2019, we had no clients and little budget for marketing. Our breakthrough came when a local café owner, impressed by a logo they designed for a friend’s new business, mentioned LeSyntax to a nearby restaurant owner looking for a redesign.
The restaurant owner reached out, and LeSyntax offered a personalized proposal. The design was so well-received that the restaurant owner referred us to another client. Word spread quickly, and soon we had a steady stream of clients.
Their first client through word of mouth not only kickstarted our business but became a loyal advocate, helping LeSyntax establish a reputation in the community. What started with a single referral grew into a thriving agency, all thanks to the power of a satisfied client sharing their experience.
